​The Columbia County Master Gardener Association is a network of individuals dedicated to supporting Columbia County Master Gardener Volunteers as they provide horticulture education, community service, and share their gardening knowledge with others. The broad categories of projects we support include:

Columbia County Master Gardener Association Scholarship Applications Now Being Accepted

​CCMGA is accepting applications for the Columbia County Master Gardener Association Scholarship.The scholarship is available to high school seniors or current college students planning to pursue full-time postsecondary education in horticulture, plant sciences, forestry, landscape architecture, agricultural education, or related fields.

 

Applicants must be residents of Columbia County or graduates of Columbia County high schools. The award is $750 and may be given to more than one student if funds permit. Applications are due by March 15, 2026. Students must complete at least one semester (12 credits) with a GPA of 2.0 or higher to receive the scholarship, and must notify the treasurer of their academic progress. The scholarship is valid for one year only and can be awarded twice to the same person.
